As some of you know, over a year ago I started my health and fitness journey. Since then I’ve decided that my goals have changed. I have not stopped working out or stopped eating healthy. However, I have become a little more lax about it. My goals are to no longer be a 100% strict all the time. So, what is my solution? I will no longer have only 1 rest day, but I will have 2.
